Neil Fenemor

Network Engineer and Trainer

Neil has worked in technical, infrastructure, operational and governance roles since the mid-90s; from building one of New Zealand’s first wireless ISPs, to leading the technology and architecture practice for New Zealand’s Research and Education Network. Most recently Neil has been working as an independent consultant across network architecture, operational support, cyber security, and organisational challenges.

Neil has been heavily involved in NZNOG and served as trustee for a number of years, has participated in the APRICOT programme committee, and a number of security related conferences, and is involved in the R&E community.

Neil enjoys learning new technologies and approaches and applying these to achieve business outcomes, and gets great enjoyment in sharing this knowledge, and helping others achieve their goals.
