Since the early 1990s, the Network Startup Resource Center has been a part of several efforts to improve support and Help Desk organizations at several locations around the world. From these efforts we have created several documents, reports, and presentations that might help your organization as it attempts to support the ever-increasing number of people using your network and resources.

A common scenario we see is a group that successfully implements a network or a set of networks. Ideally, people begin to use it, and soon those darn end users start asking for support. :-) Whether you choose to give support, are forced to support your new users, we hope that these documents might give you some ideas and insights into how others have gone about this same process.
