Dear Steve, My collegues in Rwanda just confirmed to me that RINEX is still under the Rwanda Information Technology Authority (RITA). I'm copying this email to the head of the unit in charge of RINEX as well at RITA, Mr. Charles Gahunga, who might give you additional and more detailed information. RITA maintains traffic statistics, and each ISP as well. There are 4 ISPs currently peering: Rwandatel, MTN, Artel and Alltech.I hope this information is helpful. Best regards, Coco Ms. Coco Rulinda
