Angola is connected to Internet since february/93 via a FidoNode "Angonet", installed with assistance from CABECA/PADIS and funds from CIDA Harare. Angonet is a non-profit international communication service offering Email and Conferences Services, particullary aimed to NGOs and Academic Sector. There is another fidonode "RIDSANG", SDN acronym in portugueese, a UNDP project. RIDSANG routes their intl mail through Angonet.
