I have presented a paper at INET meeting in Prague 1994 about networking activities in Tunisia and my collegue Mr. Khaled Sellami has presented an another paper for an update on networking situation in North Africa at INET 1995 in Hawai. Both of these papers are in INET 94 and 95 conference proceedings. For information, Tunisia has been connected to the INTERNET with full IP connectivity since April 1991. WE get INTERNET connectivity from EUnet in Amsterdam and we are a member of EUnet. Our monthly IP traffic with the INTERNET is about 2 GB (70% outgoing, 30% incoming). The number of Internet customers is growing at about 100 % every six months. I hope this info helps.
