I am not sure if he still operates there. We are an NGO (PVO) operating in the North African region and were supposed to become a node (we set up Bettache) a couple of years ago. However, technical and other problems meant we only just got on line and Tunisia for the moment has no node (we all connect directly to greenet in London) but this will soon be done.
