Sorry for the subject hearding of this message. I just wanted to ensure that I capture your attention as soon as you see this message. Lesotho, though completely surrounded by South Africa where connectivity is one of the higest in Africa, has not full Internet connection. However, serious efforts are currently under way to establush full Internet connectivity for the National University of Lesotho. Chances are that other educational institutions, NGOs and Government departments are likely to get connected to the University system. If all goes well, full connectivity could be established towards the end of this month or early next month. We, [I and the National University of Lesotho Computer Services Unit staff] currently busy trying to work out some sort of a project document which we could use to sale the idea to the University management, and to other interested parties. Just to ensure that we do not miss any important points for inclusion into the document, could those of you who have had experience with such work send in suggestions on what we should include in the document.
