Most of the info was sent to me by Alexander Soroka - General manager of UAnet Corp. Without going into details, cs.kiev.ua is one of the many Ukrainian sites around, but <domain-master@cs.kiev.ua> doesn't have the full list of Ukrainian sites. In Ukraine, there are more than 45 "communication centers". In december 1993, 45 organizations (owners of Communication Centres) decided join to UAnet Corporation and in February 1994, UAnet Corp. got a bank account and started trading.
