More RT tasks

Tasks:

- add your colleagues from around the room to your "netmgmt" group, and
  give them a login/password

- make them send requests to your NOC ("net@pcX.mgmt")

- experiment with the "comment" and "reply" features, observe the difference
  in the communication flow

- create another queue called "support", and using the RT Lab 1, try
  to make it work so you can send mail to it (you can give the "netmgmt"
  the same rights to the new "support" Queue as for the "net" queue)

- make a group called "RT admins", give them rights to manage RT
