Practical tasks

• Prepare a detailed plan: where will the first round of Unifi APs be installed? (Dickson/Seba will discuss)
• Probably 2-3 at Hostels, Library

• Prepare those sites - ethernet cable and power to the places where the APs will be.

• Install Unifi Controller on a Ubuntu 12 server LTS, or on Win/MAC server if preferred (Dickson/Sebastian)

• Find out about ZICTA/Ubiquiti equipment

• cat5 spool, plugs and crimpers (dickson)
