Still more SSM-capable applications...

The "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" library have supported SSM for several
months now.  In particular, the following applications support SSM:

- "playRTPMPEG" (for receiving MP3/RTP (or MPEG-video/RTP) streams)

- The "in_rtp.dll" (MP3/RTP) plugin for Winamp
	<http://www.live.com/multikit/winamp-plugin.html>
- The "multikit" SDP/SAP session browser (supports the "a=incl:..." SDP
attribute)
