CURINFO.NET is registered as being in Curacao, part of Netherlands Antilles, but I think that the machine may not be in Curacao itself. keeper.curinfo.an is the firewall, but you go through this to access wabi.curinfo.an so it's unlikely to be in AN. Of course, Venezuela is just across the stretch of water... HOWEVER www.curinfo.an provides a bit more info - and talks about SETEL, the TelCo of Curacao.
