BENIN Republic has a Full internet since last year. the OPT (The Office des postes et Telecommunications) is an ISP, they provide Full PPP and SLIP Connection as well as Class C access. Their prices are a little bit too much though. SOFTPOWER a company located at Cotonou (BENIN) (SOFTPOWE@intnet.bj) is one of their customer and provide temporary internet mail receipt and forwarding on the Internet.
