In Germany there are two important absolutely non-profit "organizations" for priavte access for News, Mail and IP: 1. Individual Network (IN): contact via in@IN-Berlin.DE (Mailinglist), you can get infos (in German only!) from this address. The Individual Network is a member of EUnet and DFN (Deutsches Forschungsnetz). Usenet-Newsgroup: de.org.in 2. Verein zur Foerderung der privatbetriebenden Datenkommunikation (VzFdpbDk): contact via urlichs@smurf.sub.org (Matthias Urlichs). There exists an agreement with XLink.
