Any immediate developments in ET are: we are going to setup a second UUCP-based dial-up node for all governmnet offices thru San Francisco. It is at the development stage, and as soon as it is operational I will let you know. A budget has been set for connecting Ethiopia to the Internet and that plan is at the planning stage. By the way Steve, can you find out if there are any American scientists working in Ethiopia from your side? PADIS thru London, and POLY-ETHIOPIA thru South Africa are our two dial-up access points to the outside world. Best regards Thomas Addis.
