There are also two very low cost (could be free) BBS's in Paris who use the same gateway for newsgroups(limited) and e-mail. These are L'il BBS and FRMUG. Infor mation can be obtained by sending e-mail to archer@frmug.fr.net and Vincent will give you the telephone number for dialup access.
