About two months ago, the Gabon Public company TIG installed a Link to France (most likely on X.25), in other to support a conference that was going to take place. It turned out that it was too expensive to maintain that link after the conference and the link was subsequently suspended. Still in the sub region, Bangui (CAR) have a SLIP/PPP link established (on X.25 too) to a gateway in France. I have had a number of communication on this sent to Jeff (I do not have these handy now).
