From: Gary Campbell To: randy@psg.com, arni@web.apc.org Date: Thu, 19 Aug 1993, 14:25 EST Hi Randy, I attempted to contact the APC FidoNet node in Ghana, foe-ghana.gn.apc.org, which you published in "Connectivity to Africa" 93/04/26. I sent a message two days ago to foe-ghana.gn.apc.org. So far no answer and nor has the message bounced back. I attempted to call the telephone number many times with no avail. Finaly I contacted someone else in Accra who found that a) Ester Asidedu-Larbi has not worked there in the last six months. b) No one at the telephone number knew anything about FidoNet. I am trying to set up dependable communication, both ASCII and binary, between the Canadian Co-operative Association and their project manager in Accra. I am sending a message to Mohamed Alhaji Mohamed at ghastinet.gn.apc.org. I would appreciate any advice, which will help me set up this link, you may want to send my way.
