These should be a start for anyone interested in such access. In the briefest summary, included are, lists of sites, an individual working on an e-mail feed, a commercial operation to be functioning sometime soon, and other useful information. Unfortunately, there was no response on the topic of whether there is any specific information that one would need concerning the use of modems (e.g. standards, speeds, physical connections, warnings....) Any information on that topic (via reply) would be appreciated. If anyone gets an actual connection, has further information not included here, has horror stories, testimonials, etc. send them along.
