Uplinks from Russia 1.1. 155 Mbps - provider RTComm 1.2. 100 Mbps - provider Equant 2. Uplink from Europe: 100 Mbps - current provider Sprint (planned to change to MCI/UUnet) 3. Uplink from Hong Kong: 155 Mbps - provider Sprint Current total uplinks - 510 Mbps Planned upgrade of uplinks in 2006 - additional 465 Mbps (3 x STM-1).
