In September, there were established subsidiary companies by us - Magicnet Co., Ltd, which will continue our public dial-up Internet services and DataNet Co., Ltd, which will work mostly as the corporate access and networking provider. Both companies are fully owned subsidiaries of Datacom. Now Bataa.Ch (bataa@magicnet.mn) is CEO of DataNet and Battsolmon.Sh (Mr., battsolmon@magicnet.mn) is CEO of MagicNet. Datacom's international 512K satellite link with Global-One will be replaced by Loral Orion's 768K from 1 January 2000 and it will be managed by DataNet, not by DataCom. This 512K connection will be upgraded to 1M in Q2, 2000 and to 2M, most probably in Q4, 2000. DataCom will still run the Global-One's connection but we are planning to lease it to private IP-network applications. Now we are looking to do DataCom as the e-commerce solution/application provider and content hosting company. Our main goal of the our restructurization is to generate more usage/application of the Net and to promote the local market development. Best regards, Enkhbat.D
