Not of which I am aware. Dave Meyer and I are just helping with the routing. Here is a bit of what I have learned. o Non-profit, open, cooperation between academic and commercial providers. Funded, at least partially, by OAS through SENACYT. Cooperative board of directors and all that stuff. o It is router (7206), as opposed to L2, based. Links are E1 over dry copper using PairGain HDSL kit. Dry copper is $45/mo here. o Players so far are - PaNet - the old academic net - OrbiNet - commercial provider - C-Com - commercial provider - SinfoNet - commercial provider - GBM - commercial provider randy
