I've just started to monitor tcpws. Re Phil. developments: - I'll be doing a demo re Internet connectivity (via x.25) before gov't officials nov. 9, hopefully to convince them to spend gov't money for a 64kb (or even 9.6kb, what the heck!) leased line to US. - My host (mostly for non-gov't groups, 50 users) now polls its Internet gateway in London 2 times a day, 6 days a week. - A local University consortium is experimenting with SLIP calls to Australia.
