IBM Philippines has two 128 Kbps lines connected to Internet through IBM's global communications network. 3. Globe Telecommunications (a telecomm carrier with international gateway) through its joint venture with Singapore Telecommunications has six 64 Kbps lines going through Singapore to the Internet. 4. Infocom Tecxhnologies, Inc., a joint venture with a New Jersey based software firm (Sequel Concepts, Inc) uses part of its E1 connection to New Jersey to provide Internet services. All four offer the full range of Internet Services. IBM, Globe and Infocom just announced Internet Services within the last three months. At the moment, Infocom and IBM do not allow subscribers to resell Internet access. We are expecting at least five more IPs to come on stream by early 1996. I hope this information is useful to you. Please feel free to ask for more details on the provider of interest.
