Please, send your queries over RELCOM Network on our address aistmain@vntic.msk.su in a free form containing key features (in Russian or English) for the search. The key features should reflect the subject area of your interest in science and/or technology. As a result of the search your'll get the response via RELCOM Network with the bibliographic descriptions and abstracts of the retrieved relevant documents (e.g. R&D reports, MS and PhD dissertation etc.). In case you don't know Russian and/or don't have a cyrillic driver on your PC we can give you a short precis of the search result in English. It is also possible to order full-sized copies of the original documents to be sent to you over Federal Express. Charges are 25 USD per each processed query plus 0.5 USD per each found relevant document. The cost of one page of copy is 0.3 USD. The bill will be included in each response payable by cheque or money order to "Consumon" account. In case of copying order recipient's bank account number should be given to cover the expenses of Federal Express for mailing of full-sized copies.
