What's the latest? If there is a link, could you briefly > describe it, or put us in touch with someone there? I trained somebody, a Zairean who was going to work in Rwanda. I gave a domain in my node with a promise that he will get in touch with me to carry-on with the establishment of a node in Kigali, Rwanda. To my surprise, I have not heard from him, though I expect that one day he might surface. I suppose Doug gave the information while I was still training the potential sysop.
