One at present. ATLAS (Seychelles) Ltd, satellite to Hong Kong, 2Mbps, Hong Kong Telecoms, Victoria Mahe..access available to all islands with telephone connectivity. License for the second had been given and I would suspect by the end of the year or early next year we might get competition :-( > 3) What is the total estimated number of Internet users in the Seychelles > at this time (including dedicated links and dial-up users) ? Dial-up : 1500 Dedicated: 10 (they obviously have networks) > 4) Is there any wireless equipment being used for networking in > Seychelles? Yes, Aironet, only used by customer networks. We are trying to put up a wireless network for Internet access on Mahe.
