This site will be housed in the office of the Central Asian Development Agency (CADA). PERDCA, with funding from the Soros Foundation, and in cooperation with The Eurasia Foundation and CADA, have established this fully functional e-mail site. This is a public site with free access through established hours. There will be no charge for e-mail service rendered at this site for any CIS citizen.
