They are the Foster Parents Plan office in that country; they log on via phone calls to KENPAC's x.25 node in Nairobi, Kenya. Like many CGNET clients, they are not a multi-user node, but a single user that connects via commercial networks to CGNET's computers. For any further info, feel free to contact me.
