The list includes any providers who offer at least one of e-mail, Usenet, telnet or ftp. The list is posted monthly to uk.net and uk.misc and is accompanied by a long list - both are available by anonymous ftp from ftp.demon.co.uk:/pub/archives/uk-internet-list as inetuk.lng and inetuk.sum.
